Today I deliberately kept all the machines turned off. I did some hand work on a comforter I've been working on, I cut out a couple of projects I plan to sew up tomorrow, and I trimmed some seams I sewed on the fan quilt yesterday. I also worked on a long-term knitting project that's been on my needles far too long.
I think it was a good thing.
